Prototype brief
TxC is an operating workspace for treatment coordinators in an orthodontic practice. The promise it is built to test: every treatment opportunity has a clear status, an accountable owner and a next action.
What you are looking at
This is a clickable workflow prototype, not a released product. It exists to validate the real daily rhythm of a treatment coordinator - preparing consults, recording outcomes, chasing follow-ups, and watching the pipeline - before any production data handling is built.
Everything you see runs in the browser from an in-memory demo dataset. Actions do persist while you explore, so the flows feel real, and “Reset demo” in the header restores the seeded state at any time.
The four milestones
The workspace deliberately keeps these separate rather than collapsing them into a vague “converted”:
- Accepted
- Initial fee paid
- Start booked
- Treatment started
Same-day acceptance and same-day treatment start are also tracked as distinct events, because they answer different operational questions.
What it is not
- Not connected to a practice management system, database or patient records.
- Not a patient portal, and not a place for clinical charting, diagnosis or imaging.
- No messaging, email, SMS, payments or analytics services are wired up.
- Nothing here is synced, live, or secure for real patient information.
About the data
Every patient, chart ID, doctor, coordinator and dollar figure is invented for this prototype. Names are chosen to be obviously synthetic and do not correspond to any real person. Dashboard figures are labelled as sample data throughout.
White-label by design
Branding, wording, people and workflow all come from configuration rather than being coded per practice. Use the practice switcher in the header to see the same workspace re-skinned and re-worded for a different clinic - including its own colour palette, terminology and demo dataset.
